Do you have an exchange policy for the HATS?
We understand that picking the accessory might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, however, due to hygienic reasons we only exchange hats that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. This excludes jewelry and headbands.
May I exchange my order?
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges for hats only that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.
You may exchange your SOIGNÉ HAT order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 5 days of receiving your order. SOIGNÉ ACCESSORIES are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the product has been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.
SOINGÉ hair can only do returns for hats with in the same range, If you wish to return your hat for a different priced product your exchange will be treated as a return.
Why are SOIGNE HATS non-exchangeable if opened?
Hats are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hat suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
When will I receive my exchange?
We will send you the new hat only after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hat was not opened, which is protected by a security seal.
What is the exchange period?
We will provide an exchange for unopened hats within 5 days of the date that you receive the hat.

Are jewelry and headbands exchangeable or returnable?
No the headbands and jewelry are nonrefundable.
