At Soigne, we want to ensure that you get the necessary time and attention to detail that you deserve. In order to solidify your appointment and get started with the custom hat making process, we require a nonrefundable deposit fee prior to our meet and greet.

The deposit fee includes: your consultation, a custom head measuring kit that will be mailed to you with prepaid return postage, custom final rendering of your headwear, and the creation of your very own custom hat block that we keep on file for future use, stylist and clothing consultation, the base of your piece (example: hat, headband, mounting supplies).  It does not include fabric, feathers, stoning, veiling, electronic movement, specific detailing and embroidery.  The deposit fee is taken off the final price of your custom creation. Miss Clark will not meet with you until the deposit is paid in full.
